At Washington Spirit Shop, we want you to represent your team with pride and complete satisfaction. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached; please note that customized player jerseys are final sale.

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely pack your items, including the original packing slip inside the box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
